Our company’s journey began in 2015, when we introduced new standards of comfortable and modern living to the market. Over the years, we have successfully completed 6 large-scale projects on schedule, covering more than 2 hectares of land and over 90,000 m² of construction area — a clear demonstration of our capabilities, professionalism, and commitment to quality. Today, New Gldani is one of the largest residential complexes, comprising more than 1,600 apartments, commercial and office spaces, green recreational areas, and modern infrastructure. To date, 6 buildings have been completed, with 2 more currently under construction.

Blocks 7 and 8 comprise over 550 residential apartments, office and commercial spaces, a two-level underground parking, and a spacious recreational area. The completion of these blocks is scheduled for autumn 2029.
