The first phase of construction includes two buildings — Blocks I and II, which were completed between June and August 2018. The project is distinguished by large panoramic windows and glass balconies. Travertine was used in the exterior façade finishing. The project includes 348 apartments and 10 commercial spaces, as well as an underground parking facility.

Both buildings have been commissioned by the city municipality and fully comply with all required safety standards and construction regulations.
