The second phase of the project includes the construction of Block III, which began in December 2017. This block features 164 apartments, underground parking, and commercial spaces. The construction was successfully completed in December 2019.

The third phase involves the development of Block IV, with construction starting in November 2018. Like Block III, it includes 164 apartments, underground parking, and commercial areas. The construction was completed in August 2020.

Both buildings — Blocks III and IV — have been fully commissioned and meet all required safety standards and construction regulations. These blocks showcase a blend of thoughtful architecture, high construction quality, and modern urban comfort.
