Construction of Block VI is began in November 2022. The project features 144 modern apartments, underground parking, and commercial spaces.

Construction was successfully completed in November 2024. The building fully complies with all safety standards and construction regulations.

The block is currently undergoing final inspection for occupancy by the city authorities.
