About the Project
The current project — Blocks 7 and 8 — is a new modern residential complex designed for those who value quality, comfort, and safety. The total construction area is 67,000 m² and includes 551 apartments, a two-level underground parking, commercial and office spaces, as well as a closed courtyard and recreational zones created for the residents’ comfort and security.
The construction of the complex is planned in two stages. Stage I (Block 7) began in autumn 2025 and will be completed in autumn 2028. The entire complex is scheduled for completion by the end of 2029.

Only eco-friendly and premium-quality materials are used in the construction process, ensuring durability, energy efficiency, and a healthy environment for every resident. Monolithic works use B25 and B30 grade concrete. The facade perimeter is built with 30 cm energy-efficient blocks and additional insulation.
The building will feature aluminum three-chamber curtain-wall systems with double-glazed units and a 7-layer roof.
Block 7 will be equipped with three modern passenger-freight elevators and a generator that ensures uninterrupted elevator operation for the residents’ convenience.
